A few months ago Mel booked herself on a falconry experience and paid for me to go along as an observer, camera in hand. Luckily the weather just about held out for us and I got a few pictures. The owls were my personal favourites.

We headed to the Hay on Wye literary festival with friends, camera in tow. Shot the bottom of this wooden caravan then processed it using Snapseed on the iPad on the journey back.
