Hello. I'm Chris, an amateur photographer living in the UK with my wife Melinda and our cat CJ. I got into photography a few years ago and then took a GCSE Photography course at The City of Wolverhampton College to encourage me to shoot more and learn.

I shoot with a Nikon D80 + third party battery grip. Glass-wise I currently use a Nikon 50mm f/1.8, Sigma 70-200mm f/2.8, Tamron 17-50 f/2.8 and a Sigma 10-20mm. I also shoot pictures on a Panasonic Lumix LX5 and on my iPhone 4S.
I'm a Mac user these days with an iMac and external monitor at home and a Mac Air 11" for home/travel/office. Lightroom 4 imports and catalogs my images then provides minor corrections and tweaks. After that it's into Photoshop when required.
